Alright, for those of you that have talked to me within the last ten months, you've probably heard about 876 W. Kendall. Our fabulous friends own this fabulous home but God has called them to Ohio, so it's been on the market and has been in Escrow multiple times, but beyond all belief, has fallen out of Escrow yet again.
